These terms govern your use of this website and the goaltending training services (private and small group lessons, camps, clinics, video sessions and related programs) offered by High Performance Goaltending ("HPG", "we", "us"). When you register or purchase, you are contracting with High Performance Goaltending.
Acceptance
By accessing this website, registering for a program, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and of legal age, and accept these terms on their behalf.
Our services
HPG provides on-ice and off-ice goaltending instruction and development programs. Program details, schedules and locations are described on the relevant program pages and may change; we will notify registered participants of material changes.
Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate, current registration information. Staff account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or services, including:
- using them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
- fraud, spam, or submitting false registrations;
- infringing our or others' intellectual property;
- interfering with security, including introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the site.
Intellectual property
High Performance Goaltending retains all rights in this website and its content, including software, training materials, documentation, logos and branding. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.
Payments, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Participation and safety
Ice hockey carries inherent risk of injury. Participants must wear appropriate protective equipment and follow coach instructions. Additional waivers may be required for specific programs.
Service availability
We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sessions may be rescheduled due to ice availability, weather or other circumstances.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where law does not allow it.
