High Performance Goaltending ("HPG", "we") is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website and our programs. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Contact details — parent/guardian and participant names, email, phone.
• Registration details — participant age, experience, team, program selections, schedule choices and answers to registration questions.
• Messages — contact form and support communications.
• Staff account data — email and login credentials for coaches and admins.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/device identifiers and basic usage data.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not stored by us.

Why we use it and legal basis

• To process registrations and deliver lessons and programs (performance of a contract).
• To respond to inquiries and provide support (legitimate interests / contract).
• To secure the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• To improve our programs and website (legitimate interests).
• To send program updates or news, where you agree (consent — withdraw any time).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and operate our website, database and email.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for order processing, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep registration records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years), then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Registrations for minors must be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the participant's information on their behalf.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and role-restricted staff access, to protect your data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site (e.g. keeping staff signed in and completing checkout). We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
